"Stay logged in" / "Remember Me" problem

I rather enjoy not having to type in my user name and password each time I access websites in Google Chrome (including this one), but I seem to have lost that ability lately.

I don't recall checking or unchecking any boxes lately, and have done many searches for a solution, but have found none that work.

Does anyone have any suggestions I might try.

Is Chrome still signed in?

Copy and paste the next line into Chrome search and see if they're saved in there.

chrome://settings/passwords

Yup, they're all there.

Problem still exists.

Reset chrome? Also remember if you are using any type of temp file cleaner like Ccleaner then it will reset auto login(remember me)

when I go into chrome://settings/passwords, "auto login" is clicked.

Also, I've been using Ccleaner for years. It's a great product. But after every 'cleaning', all I had to do is go into one of my forums, type in my password, click 'remember me', and I was good to go until I ran Ccleaner again. Everytime I would go to the site, I was already logged in, like I expected. Not now!

I created a new user profile in chrome, to no avail.

Did that John. No dice. Clicked 'reset', logged out, but when I came back in, I was asked to login again.
