ok i just bought destled water and antiy frezz for my cooling sistem its stell runing hot right know its at 131F

whut can i do to keep it below 75
 
yes overclocking can make it go hot no matter what type of cooling you use. Are you sure everythings properly working? is the pumping and stuff?
 
my guess is that the liquid is not circulating properly and hence the heat lingers on your components... check that the tubing is right and they are connected properly... also check that the radiator is working...
