Hi,
I'm pretty new to Windows 8, and I'm actually pretty satisfied with it, but there's a little keyboard issue I need to solve.
So my language is French (France), I live in Dutch-speaking Belgium so I want time and monetary formats to be Dutch(Belgian), and the keyboard to be US International.
Unfortunately there is no US International in Windows 8 anymore so I had to do with English(US).
But now, I got no sticky keys at all even if they are enabled in Ease of Access through the Control Panel...
This means I cannot type "fen^etre"(French) or "recipi"ent"(Dutch)...you see what I mean.
Symbols like a German ß or a French ç or °C are impossible...
Please help?
PS: Uhm, in the example "fen^etre", I just type ^ once and it appears, it does not remain hidden until I hit "e", since it's not sticky. At all. Just to be clear.
