stickykeys (unusual?) problem

well, i didn't know where to post this and I couldn't find anything on the internet. So I hope this is the place.

I don't have accessibility options in my cp!
or I mean the sticky/filter/togglekeys options
only things in there are "adjust contrast..." and "configure windows to ..."
you know
these are in category view... but when I turn to classic view - there are no accessibility options.
but I really need to turn off stickykeys, they are annoying.
I tried to turn them off on registry editor but it didn't help.

I'm not a cp person.

could someone help me please?

Hit shift 5 times(make sure to go til beep each time so sticky keys registers it), it will disable sticky keys.
