Still having probs

Well here is my system specs:
GIGABYTE GA-K8NF-9 mobo
fx-55 proc
4x512 cruical balistix ram

My problem is that when i go into the BIOS to over clock i cat find the fsb or multiplyer. I know that it overclocks because when i messed around in the MIT with the cpu frequency when bios posts it says cpu overclock. But i dont even know what cpu frequency is or how it pertains to overclocking. I have been using the easytune program and it works fine but i would really like to do it in the bios. If anyone could help me that would be great. Thanks in advance and if you need any more info just let me know.
 
Ok i did that and the features that opened up were not anything to do with cpu overclocking. In the bios there are overclocking options but the only ones that i want to deal with are FSB and multiplier right now and the fsb isnt there and im assuming that "cpu multi" is the multiplier. If anybodyt has used this board to overclock a somewhat simple translation of what the gigabyte terms mean compared to the normal terms. I realize that i sound like an idiot but im really not so any help would be greatly appericated.
