Still image from video

Hi Can any one tell me how I can get a JPG still image from a video clip or what software I need to do it. I am running XP Pro. Any format that I can take to a photo shop and get a print wil do

I gave it a try and it works OK It's a little hard to stop it at the exact piont I want but I got by.

Use print screen, oepn image in any graphics program.I use coreldraw photo paint.
