stock cpu

hello just a quick question its my first time to buy intel e6750 im planning to buy the cpu in box but i will not overclock just want to ask if the stock fan is sufficient enough for everyday use no overheating problems or reports., if so what can i substitute?

I have the E6750 with stock cooling and overclocked to 3.2GHz temperatures running at 30 degrees so if your not planning on overclocking then the stock cooler is perfectly adequate.
