STOP Error Help - BSOD

Need some help, was searching around google but couldn't find anything definitive... you know, the basic "check the ram... its a bad PS... its this... its that" nonsense. Here's the error:

Give more details:
1. What OS are you using? Vista? XP?
2. What you were doing when the error occured?
3. Did you installed drivers or other programs recently? What drivers/programs?

I had the same stop error message 0x0000008E but I figured out what it was. I installed an in-game chat program because a few buddies used it. The program was called Hamachi. Well Hamachi installed it's own network driver to run. The network driver for my motherboard and the Hamachi driver were conflicting. I would be willing to bet that a new program installed something (network driver, sound driver) that is conflicting with what is already installed.

Do what chibicitiberiu said and post what is new on your computer, and any changes you have made.
