stop messanger from loading

hi guys

just wondering if there's a way i can stop msn messenger from loading every time i turn on my computer?

i tried deleting it from RUN and msconfig but it seems to reproduce another one every time i delete it from the list.

any ideas?

you can go into the options of Messenger, and set it to not startup with windows.

mentioned from another post in the past elsewhere. at one time i was using some freeware called kill the messenger.

Another handy program is CCleaner. Cleans up your computer from internet stuff, registry cleaner, and has a add/remove/start-up function. You can just go to the Start-Up screen and highlight msn messenger and delete/no start.

There's multiple ways of stopping MSN from starting but CCleaner is just a nice all around tool to have.

you dont need a program .. like tremmor said you just go into tools and turn off run on start up

Or Winkey+R->Type "Msconfig" no quotes, and startup tab.
