Stopzilla Finds Malware, Mal-Ware Bytes Doesn't

I would get rid of stopzilla if you can. It's not on the most famous list anyway. If you scan your system with malwarebytes/superantispyware and they don't find anything then stopzilla is lying to you. I've done a search on it and a lot of users are saying its the rogue program itself making you think your infected.

So my advice to you is get rid of it ASAP.
