Is THIS computer any good for the price after rebates? It's for a friend. He knows he will have to upgrade the psu and video card after he gets it, but is this a very good deal?

my friend bought a comp like that but they didnt give him an expansion slot aka pci-e x16 and agp..so i'd think again.
that thing you're looking at there probably doesn't have anything better than 26A on the 12V(s), and looking at the price it looks like it wont last long either, thats what, like £20
