Story-based PC games

I was wondering if you guys could recommend me any good story-based PC games

Some games I already own are:
Metro (series) about to start this right now.
Bioshock (series)
Deus Ex
Undertale (don't understand why its so popular)

Also, if you have a PS3/PS4 I'd recommend 'The Last of Us' it has a great story with some okay gameplay.

A non-FPS story game would be great.

The Tomb Raider reboot is very good too. The first one came out a few years ago, and the new one was just released. Both great games, but story-wise, the first was better.

Isn't the vast majority of single player games based on a story?

The Mass Effect trilogy is worth playing (and is super cheap these days).
