Strange Error after an installation.

I installed the Vista Transformation Pack 3 and when i try and access Add or Remove programs, it just beeps. Then nothing. I restarted at least 3 times. Any help? Surprisingly, this is beyond me.

Last bump. Someone help please. I dont want to have to do an unessicary reformat.

How do i fix? If there is any solution besides reformatting i am completely open. My HD is now down to its last 90 MB. I NEED Add/Remove Programs or i am going to sacrifice alot of work.

Where did you get this "Transformation Pack? Microsoft? Or some third-party place? From what I see online, this isn't from Microsoft, and there are tons of known issues with these packages. If this were me, I'd back up all my data, reformat, learn my lesson , and wait for the release of Vista.
