just select all of them. right click>properties.
then set them to "hidden" so u wont see it.
dont delete them unless you are REALLY short on hdd space.
i dunno if u remember it or not... but when you were installing microsofts service packs.. you probably selected yes to the option of archiving the files it was replacing. thats why it made all those folders so that if you do decide to uninstall a service pack or security, it would then replace its old files with the ones you are uninstalling.
