Okay, I don't know whether this is a printer issue or a word issue. I'm working at a school as a tech. They're using Office XP and trying to print a colour document to a Kyocera C5025F colour laser. The document is comprised of images and text-boxes (it's a certificate.) Whenever the office lady clicks print, the text in one of the boxes resizes to a smaller size and the text in another box changes to white. So the printed document has the wrong size title and the name on the certificate isn't there. Any ideas? A word setting maybe?
-Edit: I should add, the printer is a network printer hosted on an NT4 server. (I know i know... upgrading soon)
