strange problem reguarding blocked homepage

hi ive been having this very strange and weird problem. For some reason i cant open the website www.usenext.com. I am a user og usenexts usenet client. Everything has been going fine on my com and i was able to download and use the site. Then for no apparent reason since yesterday i have not been able to download with the client ( says it cant connect) and i cant enter the website.

Now i am not the biggest noob to solve these problems so i usually know how to deal with these things, so i start to locate the problem. So what ive come up with so far is this:

The website works fine for other people. i installed the download client on my laptop and it works fine. even the website i am able to open on my laptop.

so what i know now is that it is something to do with my computer. Before i did this i actually contacted my isp as well, just to mention. They had nothing to do with it.

Firewall is turned off and ive just uninstalled my antivirus.. i dont recall changing any settings in windows what so ever. no hardware change or anything. everything worked fine until yesterday. What in earth could be the problem?

Hi - Don't know if this will help - I am also a regular user but my last recharge did not go through (didn't put money into my DR card). Have spent ages trying to get into the UseNeXT to recharge, they haven't replied to my emails.
Tried again this morning - kept getting the pop up box saying an updated version of UseNeXT was available - have avoided downloading it as I want to to a 'recovery' on my PC to free up the space I don't know how to do manually. Once I downloaded the update for the site, I was able to access it again. Still trying to figure out how to recharge my account, but at least I can get into the site to do so!
