Stripped Screws on my T410s: Halp

Hey guys, I scored a sweet deal on this Lenovo ThinkPad T410s (2924CE9). Here are the specifications:

CPU: i5-520m Dual-Core 2.40GHz (w/hyperthreading)
RAM: 8GB DDR3-1333MHz
SSD: Intel 160GB

I got all of this for $40, it was a pretty sweet deal. Here is the problem: It was having some cooling issues, one of the cores was boosting up to 95C, I was like hey you know what I think I'm going to change the thermal compound on the processor. Well, in the middle of taking the screws off, two screws just simple did not want to come out. I've attempted a couple of ways, i.e. super glue, using a flat head on the Philips screw, I attempted to use a drill bit, but it simply wasn't small enough so the heads are now hollow. I have a few last ditch efforts if no one else can think of a better way: Dremel to make a slot for a flat head, using a smaller, reverse drill bit down the center of the threads, or to rip it off. What do you guys think? Thanks.
