Strong Build?

I'm building a new computer for my birthday/Christmas - plus I'm paying.

Motherboard: ASUS P5N-E SLI $118

CPU: E7200 Intel Dual Core

Hard Disk Drive: Samsung SATA 320G $55

Graphics Card: ASUS 512M 9800GT $161

RAM: 2G-800 Gingle $39

Power Supply: A-Power Black Label 650 Watt $29

Case: Thermaltake Armor+ MX $149

Sound Card and wireless card I'm bringing in from my old computer. I am however having doubts on it because a friend of mine claims to be a computer expert - I don't really believe him because one of my dads jobs in the Air Force was computers and now owns his own business - and says that my new computer is going to be shit.
But all the hardware is solid right?

Also on a side note, is it possible to have the 9800 in and set that up, then afterwards put a 7300 in as well?

Nice, it is a cheapo power supply and might want to go for a well known brand for ram, otherwise nice.

ok, i thought i could have 7300 and 9800 at the same time. the psu is a good one, 650 watts, its a solid brand and my friend has one and it has never let him down

Your friend might have a good unit (lucky), I've never had a stock PSU fail even though they're all cheapos but the point is, a 650 watt PSU at $29 *is not* good. You may get lucky, you may not. Cheap PSUs account for vast majority of hardware failures. If you're really not going to get a quality-brand PSU, you might as well get a case that comes with a PSU, they're about about as good.
