Stuck in the shopping cart!

I have been planning to do a new build for a few months as my old machine got sick and died on me. I have been putting pieces together from negg and keeping buget in mind I think I now have what I am looking for. Price wise I like the system but I really want to get a better motherboard (buget plays a factor with this). I am not sure if the memory is compatible (everything else should be). So I have two questions if someone would like to give some input, that would be good. 1. Should I keep this motherboard or wait and get the one I want? 2. Is the memory compatible with either of these motherboards? Thanks for any input.

Yeah the memory was chossen becuase of budget (can upgrede later). Gaming yes. You are right about cpu. The motherboard however doesnt have video (another budget choice untill I can fund a good video card). I think I found a combo with the 955 I might pucrchase. It is cheaper and has the performance I am looking for. The combo will also allow me more funds for more memory, It includes a case (which I already have)/ So I will likely buy the combo and sell the case and memory for other upgrades.
