Ok, I'm going to study an advanced IT course at college in September, for one year, then progress to uni.
The modules I will be studying at college are as follows:
Database Design
Business Calculations
Presentation Software
Networking
Communications Technology
Programming in Visual Basics
Systems Analysis
Web Design
My question is basically, do you know of any good reads, or information, that will give me an accurate, basic understanding of each of these - to give me an advantage for when I start in Sept?
The forums are a great source of help, so will be definitely sticking around, and using as much information as possible.
