Stuffit Deluxe

Do you mean compress it into it's own compressed folder, like a .zip or .rar? Or compress the jpeg to make it smaller, but still have it as a .jpg?
 
Stuffit Deluxe 9 says that it has a jpg compression function that allows you to make images smaller with out any quality loss, i've never done it though
