Stupid BF2 problem

I really don't know whats wrong. I decided I wanted to get BF2, but I wanted to try the demo first. So I started the game in standalone and this is what happens. Anyone know whats wrong?

What you've got there is the standalone server. That's for running a game server for BF2. You have to run the game if you want to play.
 
I cant! I come to a black screen, then it goes back to the desktop when I start the game
 
What's the specs of your computer? And try reinstalling the game. That glitch happened to me before and I had to reinstall it.
 
yeah thats the server launcher not the actual game lol

you want the path thats something like

""C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\BF2.exe"
