stupid messenger service

Help me get rid of this...annoying popup of messenger service every few minutes

i know ive deleted something in the past, before i formatted this system. Unfortunately having to use this crappy computer until i figure out my other ones problem.

Try this. Type the following into the run box, one line at a time.

RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\INF\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove

RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\inf\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove
