well, im surprised they didnt just recommend you buy a whole new computer, from them, of course. greedy bastards. all you have to do is get a sound card. figures that the crappy integrated audio would go (you dont think dell plans these things?). youre better off anyway, because sound cards offer much more than what comes on the mobo.
