Usb cable usually or I think you can send them to your email?

if the phone has blue tooth then the easiest way is to buy a bluetooth dongle it will only cost about £10 or less, install the software you get with it put the dongle into a usb socket on the pc and make sure bluetooth is turned on ,on the phone the bluetooth program will search and find your phone all you have to do then is click your phone symble and when the phone askes for the password put 0000 in and do the same on the pc, then you can take things off the phone and put things on the phone.

Is there otherways?
 
you can by a cable with one side to fit your phone n the other usb. its pretty cheap and its much quicker than bluetooth.
