Kaspersky says that you still have infections so reboot into safemode and navigate to these files and delete them.Run Ewido again and then reboot and run the Kaspersky scan again.Let us know if infections remain as we might have to use another speciality tool to finish the cleaning.

My suggestion is to try adaware, spybot and windows defender. I know someone who had alomost the same problem as you and spybot and adaware took it out. Give these three programs a try if you haven't.
