stupid virus!

my pc is infected by a virus from an usb drive.

virus disabled my task manager, folder options, cmd, system restore and run command (even in safe-mode).it blocked all the ways to survive.

every time i open my partitions it runs again and again...
i found this file "svchots.exe" in my startup folder.I deleted it from all users.and autorun files also clean now.but virus still got it's power.

i don't know much about this stuff so please forgive me if i am asking a stupid question.

if there is a way to clean up this virus without reinstalling os, please let me know.
 
Please post a HijackThis log:

Please download the HijackThis installer from http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HJTInstall.exe.

Run the installer and choose Install, indicating that you accept the licence agreement. The installer will place a shortcut on your desktop and launch HijackThis.

Click Do a system scan and save a logfile

When the Notepad window opens choose Edit -> Select All to select the entire log, and copy and paste the log into a reply post.
Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, don't fix anything yet.
