I have some windows visual styles(themes), and would like to use some of them, however I am unable to set them as my current theme. I don't want to have to buy or d/l programs like WindowsBlinds or something like that in order to use them. Is there a way to use them without a program? If not, is there any free, clean programs that I should use?

If u double click on them and they still dont show up as your theme then your uxtheme file is still protected (lock).Google search for "UX theme multipatcher" and download it. After installation u can install whatever msstyle you want.
Of course this doesn't apply to WB.U have to buy windowblind (or get it in torrents)..lol...hope i helped u on this
