Subfolder permissions

We have a Windows 2003 Server running as a file server. I need to give someone access to a folder that is within a share that she does not have access to. Is that possible?

For example:

She does not have access to the shared drive, which is: \\server\hr

She needs access to:

\\server\hr\names

Please tell me that is possible!!!

Thanks!

Well, then she needs access to \\server\hr first before she can access \\server\hr\names

Contact your IT admin, they'll be able to help you.

Well, that's the thing. She can't have access to \\server\hr

Then share the "names" give permission only to her and map it on her pc.So that way she'd drive straight into it without seeing "HR". However, other people might see the folder but without permission they won't be able to access it.
Don't think there's a possible way round it.
