Suggest me a Motherboard please

Hi,

There are so many Mobo's i just cant decide on one.
This is my system im about to build, havent bought any of the parts apart from the case and GFX though.

CPU - Intel E8400
GFX - nVidia 8600GT
Case - Antec 300
PSU - Antec EarthWatts EA 650W
RAM - Corsair PC2-6400 4GB
HDD - Samsung Spin Point F1

I was thinking of getting a Biostar TPower I45: http://www.scan.co.uk/Product.aspx?WebProductID=906799&source=froogle but i wondered if i could get more for my money.
My budget is around £120 but would go up to £140 if i really needed to.

Whats the best i could get for my budget?
