suggest me some parts 350$ BUILD

my relative is in need of a new pc. i finally some what convienced them to buy a new pc. So my plan is to have them purchase all the parts and Ill build it for them.

Can someone suggest me a build that will be fine for internet browsing , minecraft and a few browser biased games here and there.

What board and etc components should I be looking at?


3 young children will be using it other than their mother for burning cds and paying bills online.

is this budget suitable? I can cut out on dvd rom , hard drive ... the computer they have now is really really old the cpu load is under 100% non stop.

This should work great for just Minecraft, and you can always add an optical drive and dedicated GPU later on. You can also run Windows 10 or Ubuntu (Linux) for free.

Though a dual core, it'll run powerfully since their games aren't going to need a quad core (like Battlefield)..

No need for a Z97 board, they aren't going to be over locking, and the i3 isn't unlocked. Go with an H81 board, and a miniITX system

This one's better in my opinion. Integrated GPU on the i3 won't take you much of anywhere.

True... I was thinking you can always add something like a 750ti/260X in the future..

Spend an extra couple of bucks for 1866/2133 RAM when using the iGPU.

HHhnnnnggg why did I not live near a Microcenter when I built my machine. 120 for an 8320 and a motherboard?!?!

Anyway, yeah you want fast RAM for those APU's.
