suggestions 0n ram upgrade for HP mini 2140 netbook

wonderd about upgrading ram on my mini 2140?

got 3 different links:

None of those links work properly.

It looks like it only takes up to 2gb with only one slot available so you would have to use a 2gb single stick such as these.
