Suggestions for a Build?

This build is primarily for all of my computing needs. I draw using Corel Painter 11 and Adobe Photoshop, I run Dungeons & Dragons Online every few days, I download a LOT of music and movies, and it would be pretty much used every day for a minimum of four hours and a maximum of 12+. I'd like to have Windows 7 when I run this computer, as well. As well, the hard drive is pretty much the max that I want of 1.5-2TB.

I don't know anything about overclocking or gamer things like that, I just want to be able to run DDO and Avatar: The Game. My laptop (what I'm on now) has an integrated video card, so I can't change it, and the frame rate on my laptop isn't up to par with Avatar's demands.

This is just what I got from a limited amount of research and the like. I definitely want to keep the case, I like how it looks, but if you have suggestions for a better motherboard, cpu, or basically ANY of the parts that won't run over $200 per part, I'm all ears. This thread is mostly for help because I'm not 100% sure that these parts are compatible. And I don't know what cables I would need for any of these parts. D:

And on a final note before I actually show the build, I am a complete moron when it comes to computers. I don't get half of the lingo or slang, so if you wanna explain something to me, please be patient if I ask what SSD or something like that means. >.> This is my first build ever attempted.

Oh! And as another addition. I'd really like this computer to be wireless, if possible? I don't know how wireless works on desktops, but it's a lot more convenient to have a wireless desktop to connect to the router downstairs then have to run a cable up through the ceiling.
 
I'd like to stay below $600? but I'm open to spending up to $800 for better parts.

A lot of this, I'm figuring on buying the parts as I get the money and building it once I have all the parts. Is that a good idea, or would it be better to just buy all the parts at once?
