Suggestions for a new gaming build please!

Budget is ~1400. I have a copy of windows 7 64 bit. Would like a SSD in this machine. No need for a monitor, keyboard or mouse. I do need Suggestions on a top notch air cooler and fan for over clocking. Thanks in advance guys.

Here it goes:
Intel Core i5-2500k 3.3GHz Sandy Bridge Processor $225 ($15 off with promo code listed on the product page)
This is the best bang for buck CPU out right now. Here is a review about it.

ASUS P8Z68-V/Gen3 ATX Motherboard $190
This is a very high quality motherboard. It includes PCIe 3.0 for whenever it becomes saturated enough (i.e, used to its full potential). However, PCIe 3.0 is fully backwards compatible with PCIe 2.0. If you ever plan to run a multi-video card setup, the speeds will be synched.

XFX Core Edition PRO 650W Power Supply Active PFC $94
XFX, along with Corsair, Seasonic, and, to an extent, Antec, are very reliable. This one is 80 Bronze Certified, which means it will run at above 80% efficiency.

XFX FX-795A-TNBC Radeon HD 7950 Black 3GB Graphics Card $470
This is factory overclocked for great performance and comes with a free Dirt3 Coupon.

Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO Direct Contact CPU Cooler $37
Best value/performance CPU on the market in its price range.

Crucial M4 128GB Solid-State Drive $175
This is one of the most reliable Solid State Drives on the market. Write speeds aren't as important as read speeds, so the write speed is at 175MB/s. An SSD, as it is also called, will improve your system responsiveness SIGNIFICANTLY. Windows loading time will be cut by more than half, games will load more quickly, as will applications. It is THAT good. Once you get it, you will never want to go back to a primary Hard Drive. :P
There is one for $170, but it has a 415MB/s read speed compared to 500 on the one I linked above.

WD Caviar Blue 500GB Hard Drive $90
Blue Drives, along with the Solid-State Drive I linked above, are the best balance. You don't need the speed of the Black as the SSD is there for the speed already, and Green is pretty slow.

Muskin Mushkin Enhanced Essentials 8GB
$37
Sandy Bridge works best with 1333 MHz RAM. This is a dual channel kit.

Total: $1318

Note: If you can spare $100, you can get the Radeon 7970, which is much better.

I'd get a HAF 912. It also comes with 2.5" brackets for SSDs and has excellent cable management and airflow. Your build will still be under $1400.
