Suggestions for new rig

Hello,i want to build an amd phenom II x6 1090t based computer and i want your suggestions.This rig will be used for:Gaming,multi core programming(cpu+gpu),3d animation,mathematical simulations and many times as a test server.So i'll propably need a lot of ram,a very good gpu with at least 1gb of ram and the hole system must be very durable cause it will be staying on 18 hours per day.
my thoughts are:
AMD PHENOM II X6 1090T 3.2GHZ SIX-CORE BLACK EDITION
ASUS M4A89TD PRO RETAIL (890fx)
6 gb of ram(dont know what speed yet,w8ing for suggestions)
GIGABYTE GEFORCE GTX480 GV-N480D5-15I-B 1.5GB PCI-E RETAIL(i want directx 11 and cuda)

any thoughts?

Looks good to me. Seems likely to be able to handle your intensions. Make sure you get a good PSU.

Motherboard - Get cheap AMD870 chipset.
There is no point to get 890FX chipset as you will not crossfire.

RAM- 2 x 2GB or 2 x 4GB. AMD mobo support dual channel.

Case - make sure your case with good ventilation. GTX 480 is very hot card

PSU - Probably need 700W

1st Can i have 2x2 +2x1 ram?and which speed is supported 1333?i want to oc the cpu and i think if u oc the cpu u must oc the ram too.
2nd GTX 480 can handle 4-6 hours of rendering with air cooling?i m thinking on installing watercooling but i live in greece and i ll have to buy the parts from other country.

Like daisymtc said. Get either two 2gb. sticks or two 4gb. sticks. DDR3 1600 is the best deal right now for the price. The 1090T is a unlocked processor, so you dont have to overclock you memory.
