Suggestions on build.

I'm going upgrade my comp soon, and just after some thoughts. Here is my proposed build.

E8400
Gigabyte ep45-DS4P
Corsair VX-550
1GB 9800 GTX+ or 1 GB 4850
Antec 1200

I'm also not sure about what ram to get, so help on that would be good. I will be using the 2 320gb hdds and my optical drive from the rig in my sig.
Will that all work together? Is there parts around the same price that will offer better performance. I'm going to use it for DJing, Music, Msn, internet, and a fair bit of gaming.

It has dual PCI-e and runs cool, and great for overclocking, and has so many features, and so stable and beautiful. I have used it about 5 times already, every time it makes wonders for me, look at this build and guess what motherboard used?

it's that one I recommended on top, 4.3Ghz is good, right?

For the memory I like G-Skill 1000 or 1066Mhz, cheap but stable
