Suggestions on CPU...

Mmk, I'm building my computer and its mostly gonna be for gaming so I'm looking into AMD. I found one I like but I just wanted to see what you guys had to say about it...hopefully someone has some experience with this CPU.
I'm looking to buy the AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 3800+
any comments or problems with this CPU would be greatly appreciated, or even if you have a diffrent CPU you think I should look into, that'd be great.
 
nahh don't...
intel's conroe cpu is coming out tomorrow... AMD's cpu's will drop in price, and the conroe will be better at gaming anyways. i suggest you get a conroe though.
if you wanna be sweet like that, spend $300 on a core 2 duo (codenamed conroe)
