That would be probably be a little more involved then what is being looked for there. The mention of some gaming involved points at the more conventional approach since many games have to have a cd/dvd in the drive used. For a work horse type build with the extra memory used(4gb) over a the average 32bit desktop you don't have to go super elaborate but simply plan around the type of uses the system will see. You can see a good build with a single cpu do the work.
