hey, u never know when u'll need to have a dial up connection.... lol. but why the heck does any dial up modem cost $70.
 
You should get a sata hard drive instead for the 400GB, Better ram like OCZ. Creative Sound Blaster AUdigy Platinum Pro is on sale at compusa for $130. Logitech X-530 would be a better choice. Sony or NEC dvd-burner also. I think your computer is a bit too expensive. Considering this build has two 7800GTxs, a better psu, Creative Sound Blaster Pro, 2GB of ram, 2 raptors along with 250GB hard drive. Adding the card reader/floppy and printer will still be cheaper.

for around +4000$ u can get the alienware ALX, its the beast of all computers. Comes with an INtel pentium 4 840 Extreme Edition a gig of ram and dual SLI 6800gt's. Thats all standard and u can customize after that. Its tight, so if u dont wanna go with a custom build.
 
His will blow away that alienware i believe. also alienwares are allways more expensive then if u build it yourself
