I recently ordered a case and it came in crappy condition. Like someone just threw it down. They said they'd take it back for a refund. They then called me and said that UPS will pick it up in a couple days and they said a few days ago, they'd send me a shipping label but so far, no label. Here are some pics of the damage:

seems like they would have been a little better at packing at shipping. what was it packed in in the box?

It was packed just like any other case would be.

It's most likely the carrier than, if it was shipped the same way as other companies. I shipped out computers via UPS and FedEx, and both times the computers endured lots of physical damage. Never again will i ship out a computer via UPS or FedEx.

I dont really understand your question, i shipped computers from my house to Maine and another state, they both arrived damaged. FedEx was the worst.

well the only other packaging service besides FedEx and UPS is DHL
