Support Multiple Drives

I have five 80gb hard drives and two 120gb from other old systems. Can anyone suggest a tower, MB, Power Supply Unit with proper cooling throughout that will support that many drives. I'm not sure where to start OR alternatley some way to have all these drives towered, powered, and cooled seperately beside my present computer and accessable by firewire or USB????

An ATX Full Tower Case should accomidate your stuff.
 
That much I knew

How much power do I need? How do I figure out how much cooling I need? Are there special Motherboards to handle multiple Hard Drives?
