Surface Blue Screen Error : 0xc000000d

My surface is showing the error code "0xc000000d" whenever it boots up and I can't get it to boot to my usb windows 10 boot installation - i've tried the hold down the volume down button and press power button and release when surface logo disappears. I can get to the UEFI panel but there is no option to boot to USB, just (network > usb > ssd or ssd) are they only options I get. I can't get passed this blue screen and can't see any way of fixing it.

Any suggestions?

Which Surface is this? If it's a Surface RT or a Surface 2 (note: Surface 2, not Surface Pro 2) then you can't install Windows 10 on it. It will be blue screening because you're attempting to load x86-based software on an ARM-based machine if that's the case.
