Surface Pro 4 Good Enough

I'm getting back into the design program at my local community college and I'm wondering if my surface pro 4 would be good enough for graphic design. I like how it turns into a tablet you can draw on, which is good for graphic design. However I'm a little worried about the specs. It only has 128GB Hard drive space but that should be enough to install Adobe creative cloud on. Other then that I can use either a usb drive or external hard drive for my files. I have been using a usb drive to save my school filed onto but I already got about 2GB worth of important school files on it and it can only hold about a total of 16GB so I might copy them to an external hard drive. My main concern about my surface pro 4 is that it only has 4GB of memory, not the best processor (I think it's either an m3 or i5 not entirely sure), and it has integrated Intel HD graphics. Also I kind of find the 12 inch screen small. Will this be good enough for graphic design.

Okay good to know. I use to have Adobe creative cloud on it and the apps that we usually use Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign, and dreamweaver all seemed to work okay on it. I plan on subscribing to Adobe creative cloud again by the end of the year.

I have a Surface Pro 4 as my work machine. I have a larger main drive than you (256GB) but I also have a 200GB microSD card in it for file storage which gives me plenty of storage space for my files. I do quite a bit of drawing of flow charts for software projects using Visio and store my Visio files on the microSD card.
