Surge Protector

I am looking for a good surge protector and voltage regulator. UPS is NOT important to me, but there must be a voltage regulator to protect from low voltage.

I don't want something expensive, and again the UPS is not important.

Here is my computer setup:

2 - Radeon 3870 Video Cards
Asus Maximus Extreme Motherboard
Intel Quad Pro CPU
2 - 24" monitors
1 Hard Drive
2 DVD Drive
880 watt power supply.

I am not sure what my total watt output is. But if I am not getting a UPS, is the total watt output even important?

Please let me know if there is something good and inexpensive for my setup (under $100 preferrably).

I am thinking of getting the following. Please let me know if it is enough for my system:

Oh and 1 more question - why do people their coax cables into the UPS? What does that do?

Entry Level PC with 19" LCD (150W) - 15 minutes
Midrange PC with 19" LCD (300W) - 5 minutes

So your PC... I'd say... 30 seconds?
