Surround sound xbox

I was wondering if anyone had hooked up the xbox with there surround sound! anyone the has an xbox can see the three leads (yellow white and red) go into a scart i was wondering is there an adapter or something extend the leads! TRIED IT BEFORE AND HALO 2 SOUNDS REALLY GOOD!
 
I doubt the xbox has that capability... I mean you COULD connect it to a surround sound system, but as far as I know, it only has 2 channel audio(Yellow is video, red is right/white is left audio)
 
Yes, you might be abble to hookit up that way, but it would still be 2 channels so it would be the same thing, but like 2 speaks for left and 2 speakers for right,(or 3 each depending on what SS you have) instead of 1 each <_<
 
Hook it up to your surround sound system. I did that with my friend who lives in a dorm, the first week Halo 2 was released; turned up the volume. Had people in all night askin if we were playin halo 2....it was freakin sweet!!
 
Ku-sama im impressed 4 12" subs that must really rattle the walls iv got two big subs in my bedroom connected to a sterio and then to the computer and surround sound downstair.I turned the subs up full blast and some how everything on shelfs just fell off and smashed it was worth it!
 
no comments??? lol.... actully, 6.4 not 7, i miscounted but my reciever does 7, just to lazy to hook it up and really nothing supports 7.1 so im not pressed about it...
