Suspecious Virus infection

Hello !

Since few days I have a problem in my system.There are some blue entries
in my folders mostly in the program folder. I have license version of Norton antivirus which is updated everyday regularly and I think Norton does not recognize those blue entries as virus.The blue entries increases day by day and I don't know what to do with them ? Is it virus or like that ? I attach screenshot of
one of folder in my system to reveal those entries.

Pls guide me for this event.

You can safely delete any log files. DO NOT delete any .dll files they are required for the program to run. You can download and run Ccleaner it will delete any unnecessary files from your system. You can get it here.

Install the program, open it, don't change any settings and click on run cleaner bottom right.

This process will take a few minutes if never ran before.

Ok ! Thanks but I want to know why are these entries blue ? The system is infected ?

The blue text just means the files have been compressed. Nothing to worry over.

Black means normal, Blue is if the file is compressed and green (I think) is encrypted.

Each and every Antivirus have few bug and they are still there.The problem that you have posted is an issue with Norton Antivirus that still there.So its better to move for other antivirus ,for that need to consult a Hardware Engineer who is very well awared with this problem.

Why would you consult a "Hardware Engineer" over a software question?
