Swapped Hdd?

I Bought A Second Hand Computer With Os 2k Was Installed. I Try To Swapped My Old Hard Drive With Os Xp And The Hard Drive Of The Second Hand Computer But Some How It Not Boot Up Nothing, On The Crt Say Boot Disk Failurre. Please Give Direction. Thank You

Use the one that come with the computer as a normal driver and your other one as a slave so you can istall programs on it still. if this dosent work contact me again
