well.. i currently have a 4400+ X2 processor in my pc.
but, i use my pc only for gaming, and since all games currently are singe core based, i dont have a advantage of it. even worse,. using 1 core of a 4400+ is about the same as using a ( i think it was ) 2400+ 64bit processor.
now, my brother has a 3000+ venice, so has my Dad. so i can swap my CPU with my dad's pc for a while, and OC it to 2.7GHz. and when the games are multicore ready, i can swap back ( or upgrade. )
would this give me a better performance? and would it be a wise choice? because as i said, i'm only gaming with my pc atm.
