Sweet Setup Questions

There are two setups I am pondering for the near future, in like 4 months, but I like pondering about them now. The First setup is with a HDTV that has a 1366x768 resolution, will this function in high quality with a 8800GTS or R600?

1)8800GTS or R600
Sceptre 32" LCD HDTV http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16889112006
DVI to HDMI cable, or DVI to RCA cable (which one)

2)8800GTS or R600
Dell 24" monitor http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=bsd&cs=04&sku=320-4335
DVI to DVI cable


the first setup is cheaper and gets me 8 more inches or screen, but the resolution is a little whacky. Is it okay? Which setup?
 
I haven't seen games that support that resolution without editing the configuration files of the game yourself.
 
holly shit-thats good price for 32inch" lcd hdtv...

i used my 37inch lcdtv on my computer for a week, but i did not like it at all-
i much prefered lookin at my 19"

i think like the 24" would do the trick

not the size that matters but the quality
