Switching from 32-bit to 64-bit

I have another desktop that is a Dell Vostro 200 Mini Tower. I purchased it about 2 years ago. It has Vista Home Premium 32-bit on it, but I would like to install Vista Ultimate 64-bit (FULL VERSION, WOULD BE CLEAN INSTALL). My question now is that if Dell only offers 32-bit drivers what can I do? Reason why I want to upgrade to 64-bit Ultimate is because I'm getting a free copy of Win7 Ultimate upgrade.

I don't think you'll have a problem. Dell doesn't make drivers, they simply make them available for the hardware they sell. If you know vendors of the hardware you have, get any missing drivers directly off their website.

In all likelihood, the drivers will be on the Vista disk.

So you want to buy Vista Ultimate 64-bit with the free windows 7 upgrade coupon. You want to install the Vista Ultimate on your dell then use the windows 7 upgrade coupon for you other computer right. I a little skeptical if that will work I'm thinking that the coupon might only work with the included OS but I'm not sure.
